Formed in 1997, YorkStreet Dispute Resolution Group Inc. pulls together a panel of experts in Mediation, Arbitration, Appraisal and Neutral Evaluation. Since our founding in 1997, we have placed a special emphasis in Insurance; with the passage of time we have added many other areas of expertise through the background and experience of our panelists. We provide a unique combination of skills which allows us to help resolve matters in an expeditious and appropriate manner.
Alternate Dispute Resolution has gained widespread acceptance as an efficient and time-sensitive alternative to the court based process, It is particularly useful in the resolution of Insurance disputes, as is recognized by the formation of the Ontario Insurance Commission to deal with No-Fault claims. More and more, the insurance industry is turning to private Mediation and Arbitration. It is noteworthy that in almost every area of legal practice the Alternative Dispute Resolution process is flourishing. YorkStreet Dispute Resolution Group Inc. has responded to this trend by forming an associated partnership dedicated to the provision of Alternate Dispute Resolution Services, in various specialized cases.
